CREF Method Practitioner

With the CREF Method Practitioner training, you learn how to restore damaged basic trust. Basic trust can be diminished due to many causes. You learn to recognize various causes stemming from, among others, prenatal and postnatal attachment issues, or to recognize (less identifiable) trauma.

You learn many different forms of interventions, and a great deal of practical attention is paid to your own internal process. The training is entirely practice-oriented. Horses are used for interaction, reprinting, and as a mirror during practice sessions. Even if you do not work with horses yourself, you learn the interventions together with the horse. Later, you can implement these in your practice without a horse. In this way, you become acquainted with the role and added value of the horse, particularly for resolving attachment issues.
